Job Vacancy : Export Business Development Manager at Gunung Sewu Kencana, PT

One of our business units, Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) is an established plantation company in South Sumatra with worldwide export destination extends to 33 countries, with a world market share of 20%. GGP has evolved to be the world’s largest fully integrated pineapple plantation and processing facility, and is the third largest producer of canned pineapple products and juice concentrate in the world.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
EXPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate to an agreed with annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.
- Presenting company to potential global clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to company are captured and explored
- You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage.
- As a representative of company at industry events and tradeshows, your professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company’s procedure
- Ensuring Company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in the country or abroad.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling export business / international market
- Preferably experienced in Food & Beverage industry
- Possess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- Good proficiency of English
