Responsibility :

3. Supports standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements.
4. Shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Wealth Management.

Requirements:
1. Incumbent typically has over three years of experience in Wealth Management.
2. Bachelors Degree required
3. Strong relationship management and sales and new business development skills.
4. Strong lending skills.
5. Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
7. Must posses networking and business development skills.
8. Ability to make critical decisions independently.
9. Able to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs.
10.Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management products and services and expert knowledge of Wealth Management banking products and services, including credit processes.
11.Highly seasoned financial industry expert capable of handling the most complex transactions.
12.Ability to  supervise and monitor junior level staff.
