We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our wholly owned subsidiary, KS Flow Control Pte Ltd, to be stationed in our Jakarta office.
APPLICATION ENGINEER (INDOOR SALES)
Job Summary :
Provide pre-sales and technical support for the company’s products to meet customer needs and specifications.
Responsibilities include sales support, reviewing and evaluating customer bid specifications, preparing proposals, interacting with customers and internal departments to provide assistance with training, presentations, inquiries and troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers
2. Review of project specification, valve / material selection and actuator sizing
3. Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations
4. Order review and clarifications
5. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
6. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
Job Requirements :
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 1 year of similar working experience, preferably in Flow Control and Instrument industry
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills to resolve problems and meet customers’ expectation
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Computer literate
6. Hardworking and a team player
7. Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
