RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Department : Human Resources
Report to : Manpower Planning & Development Manager
# of required personnel : 1 (one) person.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manpower Planning & Development Manager, the incumbent will be supporting the workforce planning, recruitment & selection, new hired engagement administration and people development in a timely manner.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Social Science (Psychology is preferable) with minimum 3 years experience in related area
2. Having experience in recruiting management position and management trainee would be an advantage
3. Good understanding and performing some assessment techniques and the Competency Based Interview (Behavioral Interview)
4. Good planning since the incumbent is required to deliver recruitment on time; and having good relation with related parties.
5. Excellent in written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English
6. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
7. Computer literate (word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs)
