Our clients consist of Banking Institution (Conventional & Sharia), Insurance, Telecommunication, and Transaction Company with almost 2000 respectable employee already joined us. Currently, our client needed some potential person to fill in the following position:
RECRUITMENT OFFICER
General Requirements:
- Male/Female, min. Bachelor of Psychology
- Experienced in conducting assessment process with various psychological tools
- Possess good knowledge in interview process especially with behavioral technique
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in English with out an effort
- Computer literate
- Mature, confident, pleasant, and showing a strong personality characters
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
- Fast learner and able to adapt with rapid changes
- Broad knowledge in human resources key concept will be an advantage
