Vacancy For Operation Head at FSQARED INDONESIA,PT
FSquared Indonesia is a newly set up interior design PMA Company in Indonesia specializing in Hotels, Residential. FSquared Indonesia is a subsidiary of FSquared Malaysia, of which incorporated in Kuala Lumpur in 2004.
We are looking for below position to be filled:
OPERATIONS HEAD
Requirements :
1. Hold an Interior Design or Architecture undergraduate degree
2. Has more than 6 years experience in Interior Design operations
3. Posses an outstanding management skills (ability to manage a people and projects at any given time)
4. Good understanding of interior design materials
5. Good communication skills (Indonesian and English, must be fluent)
6. Ability to structured chain of thought, communicate and implement it accordingly
7. Own a proven solid Project Management track record
8. Has contacts of people in the industry (suppliers, contractors, workshops, resources)
9. Can operate AutoCAD and Ms. Office (MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word)
10. Has good design eyes
11. Presentable
