Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Good sales management track record with Key Account Management experience
- Have a good knowledge in the telecommunication industry will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever.
- Customer focused, “can do” attitude, self motivated, result oriented and able to work in a performance driven environment
- Wide networking

Dealing 24 Hours With Customers
Customer is a key word in running the business. A company performance is not only measured by how much sales they achieve but also how satisfy the customer after using the product or having the service. Addressing the customer requirements is not an easy job to do because the customers have realized more on their rights as customers. Service to customers should be maintained in order to make them the loyal customers.
There might be a time when a customer has to call not during office hours when they need an emergency service. A qualified company must be ready for this occasion. There will be an occasion when the customer has to purchase something at night time and there are no people or staffs in the office. Office hour should not inhibit a company anymore in providing service to the customers.
Sales or service performance to the customers can be boosted by turning the company to be the virtual office which will be ready for 24 hours in answering call from customers. A midnight order or 3pm complaints from customers can be conveyed to the company if the tele-messaging service has been occupied therein. Tele-messaging service allows a company to receive any complaints, orders or questions from customers even if it is out of office hours.
