We are looking for a technically competent and experienced General Manager with strong business acumen to be part of the Management team at our subsidiary, PT Eastech Steel Mill Services. The position shall be based in Indonesia.
General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient running of the overall manufacturing activities of the Company so as to maximize profitability and productivity.
- Formulate marketing strategy and market development.
- Develop new business opportunities to ensure steady growth and sustainable profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in senior management capacity and preferably within a steel making environment
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with good business acumen
- Results-oriented personality
- Must be assertive, dynamic and highly self-motivated
- Marketing experience and working knowledge in refractory is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is essential
