Account Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of proposal bids to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the our management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, max age 30 y.o
  • Bachelor degree in any field with outstanding academic record.
  • Preferably with 2 years experiences in IT industry, however fresh graduates with Information Technology related degree are also welcome.
  • Strong technical/?analytical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to listen attentively; display patience and flexibility.
  • Analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Make independent decisions using sound judgment;
  • Organize and prioritize work load
  • Ability to maintain a professional relationship with customers and employees.
  • Well organized, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Technical competence in IT infrastructure technologies is a definite plus
