Essential Function:
You will work closely with the sales force and business consultant in delivering design and deployment of one of the following solutions: ERP (JDE/PeopleSoft). You are expected to work closely with business consultant to analyze and translate customer business needs to be an effective technical proposal if necessary, provide on going support to customer around the deploy solutions.

Required knowledge and skill:

  • Minimum S1 degree or bachelor degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having knowledge in IT programming, such: VB, SQL Tools, etc.
  • Having knowledge in Operating System, such: NT, Win2K, etc.
  • Having knowledge in Database system, such: MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.
  • Having presentation skill and business sense

  • Willing to travel

The incumbent will have direct reporting line to expatriate President Director and have responsibilities for the overall HR function based in Jakarta. Provide accurate regular reports on human resources related activities on a timely basis. Ensure the organization is in compliance with local employment ordinances as well as corporate policies. Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, industrial relation, general affair, performance management, training & development, compensation benefits and etc.
The Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, graduate from related disciplines and reputable university Proficiency good track records minimum 10 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Have experiences as Senior Human Resources Manager minimums 3 years
  • Has working exposure in manufacturing environment, preferably from shoes manufacturing company
  • Superior communication skills to present and rationalize analyses with solid commitment to developing the overall Human Resource Management.
  • Superior strategic and analytical thinker;
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
