CUSTOMER SERVICE (SSC-CS)

Objectives
All administration activities must, at all times shall be in accordance with documented “Global Procedures”.

Part of Responsibilities

1. Follow up schedule arrangement for new clients that has not been audited including arrangement for technical staff to do document review.
2. Preparation and sending “Schedule Confirmation letter” to client including surveillance, assessment, renewal, extension to scope and other necessary schedule such as vendor audit.
3. Follow up written approval from clients for audit schedule including surveillance, assessment, renewal, extension to scope and other necessary schedule such as vendor audit.
4. Follow up client’s documentation such as quality manual, quality procedure to be received in targeted timeline to allow the technical staff preparing documentation review and audit itinerary.
5. Making travel and accommodation arrangements for technical staff, etc

Specific Requirement
1. At least 3-year as Customer Service in Multinational Companies,
2. Effective communications skills,
3. Able to handle multi-tasking job and get used to be on procedure & systems,
4. Additional training courses in administration will be advantages,
5. Customer focused individual with lots of initiative,
6. Work independently, self-starter, less supervision, and team-player.
7. Open-minded & willing to contribute with ideas.

General Requirement
1. High education graduates are allowed to apply.
2. Good command in English, both oral and written.
3. Computer literate, and
4. Good appearance

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the financial statement
  • Overview full accounting transaction
  • Cash and bank journal transaction
  • Monitor the AR aging and AP aging
  • Handle accounting system ( Hyperion/RIMS/Countur )
  • To prepare & analyze monthly and weekly report

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in MNC environment
  • Good command of English is a must
  • S1 Accounting from a reputable university
  • Strong knowledge in accounting workflow and journal
  • Good in Analytical skill & details Able to work under pressure working with short deadline
