Administrative Account Officer (AOE) – 1 position
- Female, max 35 years old
- Posses at least min. D3 economic
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in same position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in accounting, administrative or equivalent
- Familiar with Indonesian Tax regulation will be an advantage
- Good looking, outgoing personal, smart & active and able to work independently
- Computer literate (MS Office), English (oral & written)

Remote Doctor Personnel (RDP) – 6 positions
- Medical Doctor degree
- Posses ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Posses ATLS (Advance Trauma Life Support) certification
- Posses HIPERKES (Indonesia Manpower Occupational Health) certification
- Computer & Reporting skill, English (oral & written)
- Experience on medical emergency response and evacuation, at least 2 years with Oil & Gas and/or Mining field
- Work location : on duty roster

Remote Paramedic Personnel (RPP) – 16 positions
- Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BTLS (Basic Trauma Life Support) certification
- HIPERKES (Indonesia Manpower Occupational Health) certification
- Computer & Reporting skill, English (oral & written)
- Experience on medical emergency response and evacuation, at least 2 years with Oil & Gas and/or Mining field
- Work location : on duty roster

General Accounting Manager (Code: Acc 001)

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  2. Coach, develop and supervise general accounting team to raise their skill levels while improving department flexibility and contingency planning
  3. Oversee all general ledger transactions to ensure both proper accounting treatment and adherence to internal policies.
  4. Act as a key resource working directly with the Controller on special projects, external audits, and continuous process improvements in such areas as internal control environment, account reconciliations, accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and financial reporting.
  5. Liaison for internal control and financial statement audits conducted by both internal and external auditors.
  6. Review and continuously improve Accounting business process to have better quality report and better control.

Qualifications:

  1. BA in Accounting and CPA required.
  2. 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in both public accounting and private industry.
  3. Knowledge and experience with the implementation of lean principles.
  4. Strong analytical skills, documentation skills, and people skills are a must.
  5. Capable of interfacing objectively with people at all levels and all functions within the organization including Sales, Operations and Senior Management.
  6. Understand and experience with Indonesian taxation
