Our Company PT Disamting Pratama is fast growing company provides 3D CAD and FEA(Finite Element Analysis ) Software Solidworks and Authorized Reseller of HP (Hewlett Packard).

We Need candidate to fulfill position on our team as :

Technical Support (TS)

Responsibilities :
• Problem Solving of Technical Design for Solidworks Costumer.
• Handling Technical for Set up Installation Software .
• Together with Sales Team to support technical Demo to new Costumer and existing costumer.
• To conduct training and familiarization courses to new costumer.

Qualifications :
• Candidate at least D3/S1 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Design production (Despro)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Age 21 – 30 years old.
• Have Good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD Design such as Auto CAD 3D , SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro-E, Catia.
• Target oriented and can work under deadline.
• Have stong analytical and able to read drawing.
• Fluent in English and Indonesia.
• Good appearance, good communication and presentation skills and also Team works.
• Able to work in batam .
• Able to contract for 2 years.

• Upgrading skill in Mechanical Design or Simulation in SolidWorks from Solidworks Corp.
