Accounting Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the financial statement
  • Overview full accounting transaction
  • Cash and bank journal transaction
  • Monitor the AR aging and AP aging
  • Handle accounting system ( Hyperion/RIMS/Countur )
  • To prepare & analyze monthly and weekly report

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in MNC environment
  • Good command of English is a must
  • S1 Accounting from a reputable university
  • Strong knowledge in accounting workflow and journal
  • Good in Analytical skill & details Able to work under pressure working with short deadline

ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The major tasks are the overall tax and management accounting functions, including the daily accounting operation, tax and management reporting
  • Responsible to manage and producing monthly and annual tax reports (SSP, SPT Masa,  Art. 15, 21, 23, 25, 29 & VAT)
  • Handling company’s tax planning
  • Ensure the internal control process, budgeting and forecasting, and as well as the cash flow management
  • Handle special projects on ad-hoc basis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline and posses qualified Accounting qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experiences, preferrably gained from sizeable companies with audit exposures and manufacturing background
  • Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation and labour regulations
  • Solid working knowledge in Indonesian tax, custom and legal rules as well
  • Mature, detail oriented and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent command of both written and spoken English and

  • Liase with client to monitor and manage credit risk
  • Sales report and analysis
  • Managing the production of invoice timely
  • Ensure that collection targets are achieved in accordance with cash flow forecast

3. Reporting & Analysis and ad hoc requests
4. Mentoring and developing staff.
