Requirements:
- Male, Min 42 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) Agriculture
- Having minimum 10 years experience as Estate Manager
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
- Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
- Hard worker, ready to work under target
- Ability to work as a part of a team as well as to work autonomously when required
- To be able to use initiative and make appropriate decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
