PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk is a Group Company with a line of business in Automotive and leasing. One of our automotive unit businesses is seeking for a highly qualified individual to keep up our rapid growth to fill the position of:
BRANCH MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
- To achieve branch’s target in sales, profit, and branch operational
- To manage day to day branch activities that cover sales & marketing, administration, and people development
- Ensuring that the collection of the Branch is in line with company’s standard (A/R Management)
- To conduct competitor and market analysis
Requirements:
- Male; 30 – 35 years of age
- University Graduation preferable from Economic Management
- Having experiences as a Branch Manager (BM) with hands exposure in automotive companies. BM Candidate with non automotive experiences are welcome (preferable from fast moving consumer good)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Having good presentation and negotiation skills
- A team player with good leadership skills
- Computer Literate
